The Surfside Texas 10% Hotel/Motel tax is applicable to all Surfside rentals.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of $100 for rentals of less than $400 and $250 for rentals greater than $400 is required to hold your reservation. If we do not receive the deposit within 7 working days after the reservation is made, it will be canceled. The deposit is applied toward the rental with the balance of the rental fee due within 30 days of occupancy. The reservation will be canceled if the total balance is not received before occupancy.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $50 damage/cleaning deposit, in addition to the rental fee and tax, must be included in the final payment. This deposit will be refunded if there is no damage, excessive cleaning is not required and restrictions such as occupancy limit, pet exclusion etc. have not been violated.
REFUNDS: A refund of 80% of the rental is granted if notification is given 45 days in advance of occupancy
(no refunds given for rentals including observed Holidays).

REMEMBER: Our Rental Agreement Specifies:
- Our houses have occupancy limits that are enforced.
- We can not allow pets, organized social events or parties, RV or trailer hook ups.
- Check in and check out times must be observed.
- We can not rent to minors.
- Our contract contains a limit on our liability.
- Please leave the house as you found it, in clean condition, free of sand, dishes clean and put away, trash taken out, doors/windows locked, A/C off, abide by the restrictions outlined, and leave the house keys on the kitchen table before you vacate.
- Please remember to provide your towels and bed linens.
