- Each residence is limited in total occupancy and sleeping capacity. These limits will
be strictly enforced in order to maintain the high standards of our rental properties.
- Dogs are allowed ONLY at the discretion of owner.
- No parties or organized social events.
- No hook ups; RV's are not allowed.
- Check in and check out times are strictly enforced unless special provisions have been made.
- We expect our houses to be left neat and clean with dishes put away, sand swept out, trash taken out, doors & windows locked and A/C off.
- We can not rent to minors.
- We have made every effort to make your stay as safe and enjoyable as possible, however, the -Tenant must assume liability for the safe use of our property and indemnifies the owners against claims. We must also limit our liability to the pro rated rental fee for any period we are unable to furnish the residence to you for the term of your registration.
- As with any rental, the renter accepts all liability for damages to the property due to negligence, or beyond normal wear and tear.
- If any of the above rules such as occupancy limit or pet exclusion are violated, or if our security personnel ascertain the property is being damaged, you will be subject to eviction without refund.
